RPL

In the initial step, you meet with our RPL advisor to discuss your goals and intended qualifications. This includes consultation regarding your background and eligibility for the RPL process.

In the second step of the RPL process, we require you to gather all the evidence of your skills and experiences, such as your resume, work portfolios, references, and certificates. You should then organize and prepare these proofs of past experience for submission to our RPL experts.

Once you submit the evidence, our experts then compare the qualifications requirements to see if you have submitted the documents regarding all of the relevant skills. If any of the areas are missing, they are identified in the follow-up.

Following evidence mapping, the experts then review the evidence of the skills to check if you meet the required standards. This step can include interviews, practical tests, and workplace observations.

After your competency is checked, they then provide you with the results of the tests and provide you with feedback. If you meet all of the skill requirements, they provide you with a RPL certificate that you can use for employment or further study in Australia. If you do not meet the requirement, then you shall need to proceed to the following step of RPL.

Once you meet all of the qualifications standards, we then guide you through the certification pathways. We assist you in choosing how to use your RPL certification for career advancement, enrolling in higher education, or applying for industry licenses to ensure that your new qualifications align perfectly with your personal or professional goals.
